Yay!! News of Bri!!
This is really a thank you note to the coach teachers and leaders from the Bri's parents. But it is also an update on them and how they're doing!! I was soo happy and excited to read this.. Even if it isn't from Bri herself! I'm really excited.. and I'm sure you guys will be too!! It seems from the email, that God is already working on them out in California!! He's already given them friends it seems!! I'm soo excited for them!! (I took out some of the letter as it was merely a thank you, a very awesome one though!!)

After living in that special place called Oklahoma, I couldn't imagine living in such a place like Berkeley (or Berzerkley, as some like to call it). There are 30 yoga centers in Berkeley, very few evangelical churches, and the oppressive, militant spirit of rebellion can be felt and seen. How could we faithfully endure? I felt much more trepidation following this leading of His than I did to follow His lead to China!
But I must tell you of His goodness…the very first Sunday we stumbled into a church that felt very much like home. After the service we met the new youth pastor and his wife…and guess where they are from…Oklahoma! (O.S.U. I guess everything can't be perfect) and that very night the church had leftover tickets to a musical they were attending in a lovely pine tree lined amphitheatre…it was Oklahoma!
So, Oklahoma stays with us, but He has reminded us that just as He was leading Abraham step by step, He leads us. "He gives and takes away, blessed be the name of the Lord." Thank you for being such a significant part of our lives, and of the sovereign foundations of our children's lives.

Just want you to know...
Hey guys!!
I just want you guys to know that Rachel is the most awesome person... She skipped White water bay to hear me ramble about what was going on in my life!!!
So yeah.. Man I havn't posted a real post in awhile. If you guys didn't know, I just got my wisdom teeth taken out last thursday. I have one thing to say.. I'M SOO GLAD IT'S OVER WITH!! Heh, it was a really tough time. Mostly because.. I was home alot.. and.. well, I just got really lonely.. Plus it was pretty painful heh. But I'm good now! God has really been showing me.. how blessed I am to have the friends I do.. It's really been boosting my confidence to, to know that my friends care soo much!! Thank you guys!! I love you alot!!
Seriously thanks alot.. I really struggle.. with.. Self criticism.. If that makes sense. I constantly sit and think why? Why would people love me when I'm... so horrible!! I will sit and just.. think through everything I hate about myself.. Which is alot!! Don't do it though guys.. God created us JUST the way he wanted us.. And He loves us EXACTLY how we are!!! Isn't it awesome that God, such a perfect God... could love a filthy.. sinful person like me?? And He loves me just how I am!! That just amazes me even more.. Go read Psalms 139!! It's my favorite Psalms.. It talks about how God is ALWAYS with us.. and it is just filled with love!! I can't even begin to describe the awesomness of that chapter.... It always encourages me.. AND amazes me!!! So yeah, seriously don't do this self criticism thing.. you are insulting.. God's most beloved creation!! And also.. don't critisize your looks either.. I mean, we as christians.. are wasting precious time.. by thinking.. Ohh she's prettier than I am.. or Man I'm too fat and ugly!! And by sitting and hating how we look, AGAIN we are insulting God.. Saying that what He created is wrong!! Who are we to stand up to God a totally perfect and blameless God and say.. You've done wrong by creating me this way??
OK well I'll stop rambling for today.. Just really think through it.. Think about how much time you waste.. sitting and worrying about yourself inside out.. And think of all of the awesome things you could do with that time instead!!! There is no need for us to be sooo insecure.. when a perfectly.. holy.. blamless God thinks we are wonderful!!!

Going back a bit....
Well lol.. it seems like it's been a really long time.. I have been thinking about Mexico again (Well mostly because my brother started posting about it..) wow I love that place. Alot of you guys seemed really interested and asked a bunch of questions about it, so I thought I might show you guys the video we made while we were down there!! I'll tell you a bit about it beforehand. But only a little bit!! Ok so, practically you get to see us doing skits.. and singing and puppets. And then working with the locals to train them!! And then all of us together going to a park in tekox and doing all of these skits, and puppets and singing!! It's really cool.. Ok and one last thing.. At the very end of the video, when it turns into pictures and a bunch of people singing amazing grace, THAT'S US SINGING!! I'm sorry.. it makes me happy to hear us worshiping together.. I just can't explain it!! Ohh and it also shows some of our neclace making skills w00t w00t!!!
